Make-up Artist Tips

It is best applied over your foundation to give the concealer something to cling to and to avoid hiding its light-reflecting particles. To ensure even application, blend with either a small brush or your fingertips. When applying under your eyes, look downwards and apply the concealer only on shadowed areas. If you are finishing the look with powder, make sure it's translucent to avoid caking.
